Daily Maintenance
Work for the correct functioning of the condo and maintaining technical and aesthetic aspects of the condo.
Preventive Maintenance
We perform a previous revisión of all the equipment and machinery in the condo, in order to program cleaning and preventive maintenance to prolong the useful life of the equipment.
Periodic Mainteance Of Elements & Common Areas
We perform minor repairs and programed maintenance work at a necessary time, stablished to guarantee a longer period of life for all the elements in the condo, such as railings, furniture, lounge chairs, etc.
Bank Account Management
We make a commitment to work with honesty and responsability all the movements of funds of the bank account, in order to maintain the trust that has been given to us by all homeowners.
Finantial Reports
We present a monthly report, demonstrating in a clear and transparent format the situation of each homeowner, income and expenses, indicating in this report in what month we are having higher expenses and the reason. All reports and informative emails are sent bilingual (Spanish-English) to facilitate the comunication between all homeowners.
Hiring of Service Providers
We propose to higher companies form the area that are already familiarized with the requirements and common problems that can appear in the condo.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Having worked in the field of construction and specifically in the region and inside of Aldea Zama, we have the contacts of different companies that can resolve common problems in the interior of your apartments or that can offer some kind of service for your benefit. We also have the general knowledge of how construction is done in the area and the general problems that a construction can have, just as the common methods for repairs and solutions.
